Documents: valid passport, international driving licence, green card (car-insurance). While entering Albania by motor vehicle, you are recommended to require for „Vehicle Entrance Confirmation“ from Albania police. You can take USD 10000,-  as maximum to Albania.

Obliged change of money is not necessary. Nevertheless, just standard is change of money „on the street“. Anyway, attention for false banconotes!!!
