Since 28th May 2000, there is in force visa duty between Czech Republic and Byelorussia. So, you need for entry in Byelorussia, except valid passport, also entry visa. Visa for visitors is granted on base of invitation, by means of passport and visa section service of Interior Ministry of Byelorussian Republic., or on base of request of citizen of Byelorussian Republic, which will be certified , in accordance with stipulated rule in Consular Section of Byelorussian Republic. Visitor´s visa is granted for time period, specified in invitation document, but it could not be longer than 90 days.
According to valid law, it is necessary to be registered for a stay in local militia section within 72 hours after crossing state border of Byelorussian Republic. In fact, you have to be registered till third day of your stay in Byelorussia. If the traveller uses hotel services, the hotel-owner fulfills his register duty automatically.
