Travelling

The citizens of European Union  are allowed to travel to Bolivia without entry visa, provided their visit purpose is of touriast character. Stay length does not exceed  90 days. Passport validity of passengers must exceed six months in a moment, when they leave the country.

In case of loss or theft of travelling document, you can receive the substitutional document at Consular Section of the Embassy.

Anyway, we wish to recommend you to check in advance, before you leave, whether the conditions for entry and stay in the country did not changed in the meantime.

When travelling by a car, you are required to present valid driving licence, technical document, relating motor vehicle and a security police, issued by Bolivian or international security office, accepted in Bolivia.

So called announcing duty is not introduced, in case of longer stay in the country, you are obliged to claim at the respective immigration office and ask there for visa prolongation.
