The French Riviera also called the Côte d'Azur is one of the most popular resorts along the Mediterranean Sea. Who wouldn’t like to visit places wehre Louis de Funès played eccentric gendarme of Saint-Tropez. There is much more on the Côte d'Azurtoho – famous Nice, popular Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël or Monaco, the home of the rich. Enjoy southern France , the region of famous wine.

The most important one is an amphitheater built in the 1st century AD. Its proportions are impressive - 133 to 101 meters. About 21 thousand people could fit inside its auditorium. The theater was designed trully skillfully. There are 124 exits so large crowds could move in and out within minutes.
