The penalties for non-keeping of road rules are very high , and have to be paid immediately on spot. Any effort or discussions regarding fine-cancellation or reduction has no sense. The driving under influence of drugs and narcotic stoffs  is also punishable. The use and transport of anti-radar device is forbidden. In Paris as well as in other great cities, and especially in the area of Mediterraneum,  you have to keep attention on pickpockets. So, do not leave your personal belongings , documents or all valuable subjects unattendant in beach or in parked vehicles. Do not overnight on beach or in parkpaces – there is a danger of attack.
