A little and at first to notice village in the Beskydy has become increasingly popular among holidaymakers from the Ostrava region and elsewhere. Beautiful nature and easy accessibility motivates people to travel there.

Kuncice offers many accomodation facilities. This makes it a great starting base to  plan a trip to its surroundings. You can make an easy hike to Skalka hill rising above the village or make more difficult journey to the top of the Beskydy mountains.

However, there are some activities to do in Kuncice as well. For instance, go to church of Prokop and Barbora, an 18th century structure completely made out of wood. The church was replaced here in 1931 from Hlinance u Cinadova village in the Ruthenia region.

Kuncice is also known for very clean air, peace, and nature which people use as a spa. If you are tired of big city noise and you want to clear your head and gian energy, go to Kuncice. We can easily recommend you to spend there even several weeks of time.

So, where to go except from going up Skalka Hill? Try to hike up the green trail to Pustevny. There go by Radegast statue until you reach the peak of Radhost mountain.

You can also follow the blue trail and get to the crossroads at Horni Celadna chapel. Then take the red trail and go up to the top of Smrk. You can get back down to Ostravice. If you need to travel somewhere else, there is a train stop.
