Mlýnice
Mlýnice is a smallest dam in Jizerské Mountains, situated not far from communities of Mníšek and Nová Ves. This dam was constructed during 1904-1906 on base of project of Professor Otto Intze. Its goal is, to protect the valley against floodings, to regulate a flow in rivers bof Jeřice and Lužická Nisa, and serves also for relax and fish-breeding.
Swimming here is free of charge, for own risk!
Pier has vault-ground-plan and it is constructed from quarry-stones.
