Františkovy Lázně Spa is placed in extend nature park, in western part of Czech Republic, close to the town of Cheb, in an altitude of 450 metres above sea level. First written notice about mineral sources, especially about Frank spring, come from beginning of 16th century, and official foundation of this spa is dated to 1793. Twenty, hard mineral springs are sourcing here, with a temperature ranging from 9 to 11°C, with high contents of oxide carbonic, suitable for baths, and for drinking healings. Nature mud is another healing source, used for baths and wrappings, and carbonic gas of volcanic origin, used for gas injections. This spa is specialized for healing of movement apparatus, for heart, vein as well as gynecological diseases. Since 2005, there are available for all visitors, relax centres of Aquaforum and Fitforum. Your leasure time could be fulfilled with cycling, lawn-tennis, golf, horse-drive or walking along surrounding table land terrain, suitable also for immobile visitors.
