Unlike other European cities, Albanian capital is very quient. Many contrasts rule in Tirana. The ruling elite constructs opulent mansions but others live in poverty. Tirana flourishes. Many new buildings and burroughs have grown over there. Yet don't worry, you can still set out into nature.
