Skicross
The start is effected with four persons together (at the same time). Two fastest racers s
tep forward to further stage, terminating with 4-headed final. The base of success in a race is a good start from starting installation and an advantage starting position, of course.
Provided you start as a first, you avoid all possible press and falls which could happen in the course of race. The other very important moment: it is race study. It is suitable to drive through the whole line in advance, in order to find, which trace is the fastest (quickest) and most optimal for you. While training the jumping, you find, which jumps are better to be jumped and w
hich to be driven. Further essential moment: it is a choice of attractive place (point) for surpassing (outdistance). You cannot omit your choice of equipment, too. Do not forget your backbone (spine) protector and integral helmet. Your ski must be very good lubricated. The lubrification with standard paraffin is not sufficient, we recommend you to use special wax suitable for certain temperature and type of snow. As to ski: would you take special ski, used for skicross or you can use race slalom ski (not too rotatory).
Your physical training cannot be underestimated as well, this sport is very hard! During races, many hard falls and also injuries (fractures) could happen. Nevertheless, your feelings at victory over rivals and a line are unsurmontable!
