Beauty of Kysuce

We talked about the region Kysuce many times. From the number of beauty and attractions that are here on their own, everyone chooses. If you came there with children, you definitely should not miss visit the Museum Village in Kysuca Vychylovce associated with an unforgettable train ride on the historic forest rail. Not far from each other is another interesting important for all country - Old Clock in Slovak Bystřice. In this very nice village is also a mini zoo, a beautifully renovated square - the village square of St. Michael the Archangel, Bandit bastion, which offers pleasant summer sitting on the terrace km, or a beautiful Church. Michael the Archangel. If you are not afraid of short walk uphill you should go as well to new tower above the village, which itself stands on the hill Bobovec. In the past we visited the highest peak of Kysuca Beskydy – Velká Rača. In winter, this mountain location is extraordinarily popular among skiers and snowboarders who come to the high quality skiing from the surrounding area. Summer vacation here again the radical spends families with children, young people or party. Besides the many marked trails in the vas chairlift top station awaits Dedovce number of attractions.  There you can try for example archery, you jump on huge trampolines, or run together on bobsled track, which here runs in good weather all year round. Region Kysuce but hides many natural wonders that are no longer so well-known as forest rail, or the famous ski resort. Last time we introduced you truly unique natural geological department Klokočovské rock, which is built of flysch rocks, with their interesting Entry forms spherical stone balls resulting from cleavage of sandstone.

Although Kysuce offers many of interesting places to visit, now we won´t go anywhere, not visit any natural curiosity. Quite the contrary. Indulge in a moment of rest.

Swimming in the vats outdoors

In the Protected Area of Kysuce, surrounded by beautiful nature, is an interesting area called Sudopark. It is located in a remote area above the village Klokočov. If you come there in the time when the whole region is not under a layer of snow, you can easily drive. In winter, however, definitely try without chains. If u can thing the roads down look ok, even from the first bend in the forest you will understand, that without chains you can´t get there. We tried it on our own and after we had to reverse about 300 meters in the icy corridor. Fortunately, we managed without any injury and even the car stayed without a scratch. From the village is a pleasant walk to sudopark do that will not take you more than half an hour. Restored wooden houses, where is possible to accommodate, beautifully prepared area, fresh mountain air will put your feeling that you were in paradise on earth. Three wood-fired bath barrels are located outdoors. Each of them has a capacity of 6 persons, but I must say that I have bathed themselves after four to be just right. The water in the barrels is heated to 38-41 °C, is like a sauna for tired body. Therefore it is necessary at regular intervals to remember to cool. The cooling barrel filled by cold constantly flowing mountain water is used for it. The minimum rental period for one barrel is two hours. It charges a barrel, regardless of the number of people. During the bathing is important to keep drinking regime. They have no problem to bring you Radler or beer, hard alcohol drinks but definitely not. Swimming in the vats is suitable for children, but I think that they will more appreciate great house, which is part of the playground. Breakfast menu is very limited. But when you while relaxing in a barrel in the belly start winning musicians, certainly not reject the Swimming potato pancake or a good sausage. Even small notice in the end - barrels are open only on weekends, and it is required to reserve it at least 6 hours in advance.
