In the middle of the road between Key West (the southernmost island of the Keys island, south of Florida) and the Florida peninsula visit Bahia Honda State Park. The park is located on Bahia Honda Key island, about 7 miles from the island of Marathon. There is the legendary 7-mile bridge. The area between the signs of 36th and 37th mile of the Oceanic Highway 1 is the gateway to the park. The park is open from 8 am till the sunset.
