The most impressive place we have seen in Tenerife is the dormant volcano Pico del Teide. It rises from the center of the island to the clouds up to 3 718 m above sea level, making it the highest point of both Spain and the Atlantic Ocean. If we measure it from the ocean floor, it is even the third highest volcano in the world. The volcano is also a national park with the surrounding countryside and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Imlil is a relatively small mountain village located in the western part of the Atlas Mountains, roughly in the central part of Morocco. In fact, it is not so interesting in itself, but still welcomes thousands of visitors every year. You ask why? Photos from the German city of Wuppertal look amazing - like animated illustrations from a futuristic comic book, thanks to the Schwebebahn suspended public transport route. Trains hovering over the river or above the street on the third floor of the surrounding houses have been running on this track since 1901, and since 1997, the Schwebebahn deserves state protection.

While in the past there were up to 12 towns (bridges and fords) on the Austrian-Slovak border, where it was possible to cross the Morava River, during the period of the so-called not a single road bridge survived the Iron Curtain. The only exception was the railway bridge between Devínská Nová Ves and the town of Marchegg, but it also operated only in a limited mode.
