Austria: Skiers Paradise

Austrian regions of Salzburg Sports World, Schladming-Dachstein, Gastein, Hochkönig and Großarltal slopes, known as the Ski Amade ski paradise. In total they had found 860 km runs of all difficulty levels with 270 lifts and cable cars up to an altitude of 2700 meters. Of course, the ski resort is ready for beginners as well. The resorts also offer courses where you can learn to ski not only children but also older age groups. New of this season

Five regional centres this year came with a number of innovations to become modern and to offer perfect conditions. Added a 6-seater chair lift Bürglalmbahn and valley stations in Dienten with a ski centre, a sports shop and a bistro on the top Hochkönig and 6-seater chair lift with orange covers and heated leather seats, "Alm 6er" in Hauser Kaibling, ramp Snowboarder Superpipe in Kleinarl or construction of a new local 10-gondola to the top of the Hochbifang Altenmarkte. In a large, investments in equipment and Servicedeck the new target station Planai in Schladming-Dachstein - additional parking floor, improved lighting, pedestrian tunnel in the middle station part.

Another novelty is the WLAN for free, which means that all web enthusiasts can use your smartphone, iPhone or laptop to connect to the internet during skiing. Just be located within 150 meters from the hotspot. Those are at the centre 250 and are located mostly in the top or in the valley lift stations. In addition to amazing skiing for skiers ready entertainment, competitions, carnivals, various musical events and a number of animated children's activities. After all, we can mention night show in the arena in the Magic Arena Simmerllift in Maria Alm, Big Air Contest for all snowboarders and freeskery, such as entertainment in the spirit of folk music Skihüttenroas or jazz concerts. Exceptional event will be "Urban Ice" in the center of Bad Gastein, where the climbers will climb up a frozen waterfall between the houses.
