The slopes of Osterfelderkopf, Kreuzeck and Hausberg in the ski resort Classic offer most number of rope-railways and descent routes. On the other hand, the snowboardists meet especially in a centre of Zugspitzplatt, offering unique, 140 kms long U-Rampe, entertainment snowpark and jumps point. Ski-saison starts at the beginning of October and offer 22 kms of routes for skiiers.

Anyway, the biggest choice of routs can offer Classic-ski area resort. Flat slopes of Kreuzeck and Hausberg are suitable for beginners and families. The longest descent line for experienced skiers names Kandahar and leads down to the valley. It is passable till the end of March, many times even later. Similar conditions are valid for descent route Olympia. Owing to big popularity of these slopes, it is possible that more private space can be offered the othe ski resorts – near to Osterfelderkopf: Bernadein, Hochalm and Langenfelder.

In season, the ski terrain beginns nearly in town. Hausberg is somethiong as town´s hill reached comfortably with funicolar. New but efficient wire-rope cabin funicolar leads to the top of Kreuzeck. This mountain has the same height as our Sněžka. We recommend to motorists to leace their car at home and use small train of private railway company Zugspitzbahn and go to funicolar to Alpspitz peak ( 2630 m). The fans of freeride will be very pleased, of course. Here it is located the most extensive ski-terrain on northern slopes of German Alps. As far as the refreshment is concerned, the snowboardists will welcome popular meetpoint which is restaurant Zugspitze Sonn Alpin, offering, except standard meals, also Asian specialities. Anyway, the classical Alps kitchen meals you can taste in Bayern Haus Restaurant.

After skiing, you can go down to the valley, where many caffees and discos are offering a lot of entertainment 24 hours a day. To most visited places of evening entertainment belongs Lodge at valley-station of Hausberg. The recommended place for traditional Bavarian kitchen is Reindl´s Partenkirchen Hof, where, except of traditional meals, you can taste meals of French kitchen. Anyway, to the most classical places of German kitchen belongs Brau-strubel. As to wellness pleasure: you can enjoy it in waves of Alpspitz basin, offerong the services of whirlpool, biosauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath and further wellness pleasure. Yor legs can be stretched in Olympia centre of ice-sports during public skating, curling or climbing on ice-wall. A tennis or squash ground as well as minigolf are taken as a standard offer.

Zugspitze is an area of skiiers´ paradies It is a place of romantic walkings in picturesque Partnachklamm Pass. You find here a centre of night tobogganing. The rope-railway of Hausberg-Bahn takes the tobogganists up to Bayernhaus Restaurant till 8 p.m.
