SK: Bike, Explore, Win
Even this summer, you can join this great event that available by the app and motivates you to sport and explore interesting places in western Slovakia. Take advantage of your free time, the most demanding cyclists will be rewarded by bicycles and other tempting prizes at the end of the summer.
The summer competition combines riding on a bicycle with exploring interesting places. Android and iPhone apps are great for cyclists. Beautiful views, observation towers, castles, mansions or technical monuments of western Slovakia are waiting for you to explore them. The Trencin and Nitra regions have been added to the app this year after the Bratislava and Trnava regions. Over 700 places can be visited through the app.
Well and Less Well Known Places
Of course, there are well-known places for riding on a bike Cachtice Castle, wooden bridge in Kolarov or Bílý Kříž nad Bratislavou. But did you know, for example, where is Tlstá hora lookout tower or where can you find the Leaning Tower? With the app, you'll discover great places, biking trails, sights, useful local services, and great buffets. That's why it is worth it to hop on a bik and ride.
Competition for Everyone
The competition is intended individuals as well as for families with children. The aim of the competition is simply to ride a bike, visit places of interest and collect points for them. If you have decided to participate in the competition, registration and payment of the starting fee are required. Competitors will get a starter pack with valuable items and souvenirs. Then there will be entertainment, cycling and points collecting. However, the application also works on a completely free basis, serving as inspiration for summer cycling.
The competition ends on September 16, 2018. The prizes will be handed over to the September full-day "Na bajku do města", an event for bikers which will take place in Bratislava on September 22, 2018.
