A small town of Protaras 45 kilometers from the international airport in Larnaca. It used to be a small fishermen village located in the southeastern part of the island, yet today it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus. Crystal clear blue sea, well-maintained gold sand beaches and beautiful natural sceneries. This and even more awaits for you at Protaras.

I was one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world... Taking the bus to the Croatian port of Split from Bratislava lasted approximately 12 hours. Luckily it was that the island is almost at the very south of Croatia, and the number of passengers slightly exceeded the number 20. So in the bus each passenger had two seats, and that is real luxury.
Everyone of us imagines something different when thinking about an ideal vacation. Someone likes to lie on a beach; some breaks his limits when climbing on mountains, or throws away his responsibility and goes to wild parties. For me it is a combination of everything mentioned above – from beaches, through crazy sports, to exploration of beauties of nature and tasting local cuisine.
Few days before our vacation we still had no plan where to go. Our funds were limited, thus we thought really carefully about some affordable accommodation, fun and night life. We wanted to design it that it wouldn’t ruin us. Seemingly, distant Cyprus is not a good choice, but the opposite was true.
Cyprus is the third largest island next to Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea. You can find it just south from Turkey. Since 1974 it has been splitted into two parts by the Green Line. The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is in the north. The Cyprus Republic is in the southwest. The latter is a EU member.
We got perfectly rested on a beach devoted to the goddess of love and beauty Aphrodite. Now we can continue in exploring sights and nature of the Republic of Cyprus.
