I received an offer to an accommodation in Austria, in hotel Fürstenhof, which is located near from German border. The place of the hotel is great. It is great for the summer as well as the winter season. In winter, it changes to skiing area of Reutte. In summer it is a great opportunity to visit beautiful castles around. We drive from the Czech Republic across Germany to Austria.

Weltenburg monastery belongs to the Benedictines, it is located on a peninsula near a well-known part of the Danube between Weltenburg and Kelheim. It is the oldest monastery in Bavaria. It was established by Scottish monks around the year of 620.

Eichstätt is a historical town on the Altmühl river in the center of Bavaria. Hills of the Altmühltal park surround it and there is absolute piece and good atmosphere. Perhaps it is due to the fact that it is cut from the outside world. It doesn’t lay near main railroads. You have to get of thee train in the middle of nowhere and get to the park by a regional train.
