Through Doubrava Valley
This path leads through finding places of rare sorts of plants and animals. Along the way, you can find eleven stops. The tables inform you about places of interest around. So, trout and crayfish are living in the water. Along the flow, small wagtail is looking for his food.
Inside forest, the river changes violently its direction. This fact is connected with geological exogene conditions. So, after heavy rains and during spring thaws, the river is rafting many objects from higher situated places, which are settled consequently here, and so alluvial deposits are being formed. So, it could happen that some so called „blind arm“ is established, and the river looks for another way of flow.
On a place, where there was a quarry, ortho-gneiss was mined, used for building purposes.
The route is not too difficult, but it is not suitable for cyclists.
