Walachian "horseshoe" round Velké Karlovice
This route belongs to those of middle difficulty ones. We start our excursion from community of Velké Karlovice along green marked cycloroute No. 6020/2 to Leskové. We can admire the buildings of people´s architecture here. Following river of Vsetínská Bečva, we continue on cycloroute No. 6020/5, passing Oselná Hill through Májovský Pass. On right side, we can turn to border-crossing with Slovakia, named Bumbálka. From this border-crossing, there is - in distance of 2 kms in western direction, placed Beskydy, our youngest look-out-tower Just round the corner, we find Sukenicka Chalet. Further, we pass Třeštík, along green marked cycloroute No. 6020/1, round highest peak of Vsetín Hills, Vysoká ( 1024 m). Later, we pass Benešky and Jezerné, along blue signed cycloroute No. 6013 up to Soláň Hill, where we can take a refreshment. We return back, following cycloroute No. 6020/2 , to Velké Karlovice.
