Čičmany - Slovakia

This ski centre is situated in Region of Žilina, in Rajec Valley of Strážov Hills, near to characteristic community of Čičmany, in an altitude of 650-973 metres above sea level.

This village is very well known, thanks to its decorated wooden houses and people´s  embroidery.

In this ski centre, not only families with children, but also even experienced skiers find their skiing places of interest, as you can finde there the descent routes of various stages of difficulty.

 

Čičmany Ski Centre offers during winter saison for their visitors the following services:

- five ski slopes, total length 4420 metres, stage diffuculties: easy and very hard ones

- six ski lifts

- two ski-running circuits, the lengths of two and five kilometres

- artificial snow covering

- ski service

- ski-rent

- left-luggage-room

- ski school

- fast food service

- accommodation in lodging houses or chalets

- free of charche parking

During summer season, the community of Čičmany allures their visitors not only to its nature beauty, but also to its marvellous decoarted small wooden houses, reminding fairytale houses.
