This  ski centre is situated in distance of 9 kms from the town of Brezno, just in neighbourhood of well-known community of Čierny Balog, Region of Banská Bystrica, on north slopes of Vepor Hills, in an altitude of 559-809 metres above sea level.

You find there good conditions for skiing on local slopes, moderate difficulty stages could be enjoyed by all lovers of winter sports, such as descent-skiers, snowboardists or ski-runners. The slope is suitable even for paragliding lovers. If you decide to spend your holiday in this ski centre, you cannot miss to visit so called Čierno-horska railway line as well as Forest Skansen.

Ski Area Čierny Balog is offering in winter the services, as follows:
