From Hořice Up To Pecka Castle
This route is quite difficult. Your excursion could be started from the town of Hořice, following marked cycling route No. 4085, across the community of Chodovice. Here, you can find St.Bartholomew Baroque church with tower in Gothic style. You drive through fruit-trade village of Holovousy, situated under Hořice Hill. This village is generally known, thanks to apple-varieties „Holovouský malináč“. On your left side, you can see the community of Libín. Further, you continue your drive across railway crossing and join marked cycling route No. 4096, in direction towards Švarcova Lhota. You continue ahead the same way, and shortly you turn to the left, arriving to the town of Lázně Bělohrad. Here, you can make refreshment with mineral water from Ann-Mary spring. You leave Lázně Bělohrad, passing, on your left part, nature monument Černá louka (Black Meadow), containing very valuable vegetace. Before the community of Hřídlec, you can see, on your right part, another nature monument, Hřídlecká Hůrka.
Further, you arrive to the town of Nová Paka, where you can find many places of interest. The way leads you to the right, passing the community of Přibyslav (with carpentered houses of people´s architecture). Houses of similar type and character could also be admired in the village Bělá u Pecky. From here, you reach soon Pecka Castle. After sightseeing the castle, you continue your drive via communities of Staňkov and Vidonice up to the village of Horní Brusnice. You join marked cycling route No. 4086 and pass Zvičina Hill, where look out tower could be found. You continue ahead, via the community of Třebihošť, up to the town of Miletín. Marked cycling routes No. 4086 and 4085 lead you back to Hořice.

Character: this cycling route is quite difficult. It is suitable for mountain bikes.
