The history of Tišnov dates back to the 13th century, when the Porta Coeli monastery was founded in the neighboring Předklášteří. The most significant monument of the city is the Gothic church of St. Wenceslas from the 15th century, then the Neo-Renaissance town hall and Baroque houses. Lovers of architecture will certainly appreciate it here. We also recommend climbing the Klucanina hill, from which a beautiful view of the surroundings awaits you, walking along the Road of the Throat Law or taking a longer trip to Trenckova gorge or Pernštejn.
