One of the oldest routes through the Romanian Southern Carpathians leads through the Urdele pass and at the highest points you cross 2145 m above sea level. In the last part of our series about travels across Romania we visited the town of Tulcea. It is basically the gate to the Danube Delta. Every year, thousands of tourists from all around the world visit this place. We are no exception. We will take the 120-km water ride off to the Black Sea.
