SK, Banská Bystrica – The Heart of Slovakia
Today we will set off through photographs to a city famous for its mining past, but also for the Slovak National Uprising. Surely you already know that we will visit Banská Bystrica. In addition to the history associated with mining, especially silver and copper, it offers a unique SNP memorial, an attractive center declared a city monument reserve and the only Slovak map museum located in the suburbs (in the village Kynceľová) of this Central Slovak capital.
