Turzovská Highlands - Slovakia

Site:
Turzovka Highlands is placed in north-west part of Slovakia, in Žilina Region, in Čadca district. It is situated, from north, in Kysuca Valley, up to the border with Czech Republic.
The complex belongs to Slovakia-Moravia Carpathian Mountains, which forms a part of Outer West Carpathian Mountains.

On the way from Klokočov, where we are in addition to easy walks to interesting stone balls spent a pleasant half-day-out in a beautiful environment Sudopark, we stopped at one more unique place. Remarkable natural site, which it is hard to find, we found right in the close village Korňa.

Today we are going to explore central Slovakia, again. This time we´ll direct the beautiful north Slovakia Kysuce region, which hides a many beautiful towns and villages, historical or religious monuments, but also the beautiful countryside. There are several attractions that can´t be seen just anywhere. One of them is a unique natural formation morphological Klokočov rocks.
