Gemer region is known for beautiful nature and places of history. We visit one of them. Today, we visit the town of Roznava situated in the basin of the same name. It is surrounded by the grandiose Volovske Hills and the unique Slovakian Karst.

After visiting the Čermeľ Valley, the Gothic Way or the bike path to Kojšovská hoľa, today we will focus on other attractive places in the Košice region. We will discover the beauty of the underground, a unique mansion, a magnificent zoo, and even a geyser.

After a last walk through Košice, today we will visit a popular suburban recreational zone enriched with a unique railway, we will follow in the footsteps of the Gothic style and we will not miss the more demanding cycling tour to Kojšovská hoľa.

About 3 kilometers from Roznava town there is Betliar, a fabulous small village. There is the most visited chateau in southeast Slovakia and also beautiful nature park the history of which began in the 18th century.

In case you fancy less known places in nature then today is your day as we take you to the mountain area of Galmus that is situated in the north of the Volovske Hills. The area is about 20 kilometers from Spisska Nova Ves and also near to Krompach.

When we left the East Slovakian Museum we set off for a walk along Kosice’s pride – Main Street. In this street, the majority of the most important sights is located.

The metropolis of the east welcomed us with open hands. We saw its most beautiful thing – the Gold Treasure of Kosice. We inspected it thoroughly and with great deal of enthusiasm. Then we moved on to see other interesting galleries in the museum.
