Upon our visit to Bergen we moved to the capital of the kingdom of Norway, Oslo. As the day was long and difficult, we rather went straight into bed than taking a stroll in the evening city. Yet we intended to explore the city first thing in the morning.
Upon our visit of unique Borgund Stave Church we got on the European route 16 (E16). It took us to the second largest city in Norway Bergen. There we spent a night and the following day.
Last week we left crooked road of Trollstigen and set off to the unknown. Why the unknown? Perhaps because until today we have not come into conclusion where did we landed with our ferry. What is important that we had the first truly touristy day.
Last time, we visited Norway’s third largest city – Trondheim. Today, we move to Dombas and then we follow a Troll road known as Trollstigen.
We travel again. After the visit in the church town of Gammelstad and Sweden’s capital Stockholm we move to Norway. We visit this time Trondheim, a port city on the shore of Trondheim Fjord and the Nidelva River.
We have seen lot of things in Scandinavia during our stay. We have visited Swedish national parks of Skuleskogen and Sarek and also Norwegian park of Svartisen. Now we decided to end our journey. The last destination of our travel where we stopped for longer than two hours was Cape Utvorda.
The main goal of our journey across Scandinavia was the Sarek National Park in Sweden. Our trek didn’t come out as we expected it would however, we were not disappointed either. Even in bad weather, we had some wonderful experiences.
The second stop in the wild, rocky islands, which, despite its harsh climate, inhospitality and location attracts more and more tourists who travel there to see the magical power of the midnight sun or the heaven cinema of aurora. What's all to attract them we will tell you in today's article.
Ice archipelago, which lies midway between Scandinavia and the North Pole, there is hiding places perhaps more remarkable than it might seem. Mineral resources and unique geomorphological composition of local rocks and rugged landscape here attracted number of expeditions, adventurers, and in recent decades as well as tourists. Today we will look there as well.
The northernmost point of Europe, a place, where the sun never sets and a piece of rough land, but have always been attracted adventurers from all over the world ... Is it just the northernmost really point Cape North Cape?
