We are taking to Prague for a walk today. We won’t dwell in the historical district, nor are we going to see landmarks. We go in nature through Prokopske and Dalejske valleys . Apart form rare fauna, flora and paleontological significant localities, there are also places great for active relax or rest from day’s work and worries.

You can’t miss the church on Bílenecké Square in Prague Dolní Chabry. This small Romanesque building has a magic of its own and everyone who knows little bit about it is attracted to it like a magnet.
During the last weeks we told you about the greatest biking routes or town walks. Today we leave our home country to travel to other European lands.
Prague - the capital of the Czech Republic . It is home to many amazing sights, divine cuisine, even better bear and amazing treks into nature. Today, we take a look at one of its precious nature nooks - Kunraticky Les.
There are many amazing sights, squares and nooks in Prague. Today, we take you to Holesovice borrough which many know mostly for Vystaviste exhibition ground. However, today we take a look at Veletrzni palac.
This time we take a walk into the streets of Prague. We will omit the main landmarks on purpose. Our goal is to see places with for distinct atmosphere of their own, places that you will love.
Nowadays, there are no buildings in the Jewish quarter of Prague, except for the synagogues and the mysterious Old Jewish Cemetery about which we wrote the last time-. Synagogues belong to the orthodox Prague Jewish community, some of them feature exhibits from the Jewish Museum which you may view as ordinary visitors.
Together with Hradcany, Charles Bridge and Male Mesto, the Old Town of Prague is one of the iconic places in the city which is popular all around the world. The history of this part of the city dates back to the 9th century, the world-famous town hall was established in 1338 as the first one of its kind in Bohemia. Let's go together to the most famous places and hidden nooks.
Who would have thought that before the great flood in 2002 and a few years later would become one of Prague's most luxurious neighborhoods? Today, there is are great cafes, bistors and restaurants one next to another. The houses have been beautifully repaired and the streets are always full of life. You will easily think that you walk along some beautiful boulevard in France.
Prague-Zbraslav managed to revitalize a wooded hillside a few years ago between residential construction, which was far from the park. Today it rightly boasts the name of the Belveder Forest Park. And as the name belveder suggests, it is a scenic point.
The most expensive street in the Czech Republic, with no doubts. You can guess it from reading signs on this avenue connecting Letna and lively Old Town Square.
Everyone has been in the Troja Zoo. And everyone who has been there likes to return. Not only Czechs, however. There are many foreigners enchanted by this place on the Vltava bank as well.
Drahanske Valley connects city district of Prague 8 – Dolni Chabry with the left bank of the Vltava river. To walkers it offers many places to enjoy, to bikers pretty tricky route.
We have already told you about our roaming through Prokopske and Dalejske valleys. Today we take you into another green oasis of the Czech Republic’s capital. We visit Troja, a neighborhood with multiple tourist attractions.
No matter what the current weather is, Kampa and Charles Bridge are still overflowed with tourists. Including the day when the temperature fell to minus 3 degrees and it was occasionally snowing. This place hidden under the Charles Bridge offers thousands of different views. Kampa is simply beautiful in every season of year.
Our journey across Czech Republic’s popular as well as less frequented spots we move to Prague. One of her most distinctive sights is the Zizkov TV Tower.
Every time kids went to visit the National Museum, they felt it was a punishment. However, for them it was still a lesser evil then learning. One started to put things into a broader perspective after he/she matured, and started to understand analogies between the past and the future. Then he/she began to appreciate the hidden value of the National Museum. Until recently hid.
Few weeks ago we have visited the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. During our walks in streets of hundred towers, visits to various museums and landmarks or tasting good wine we decided to visit a water world. It’s a relative new sight in the beautiful metropolis.
A place of work or friendly meetings. A place you can do sports and a place with a magnificent view of Prague. This is Letna.
Spring is playing with us. One day it is 16 degrees Celsius the other it’s snowing. However, it changes nothing about the fact spring, the most beautiful of all seasons of the year, is coming. Not only people but animals as well can sense it.
Hopefully the last snow of this winter fell but it created a wonderful atmosphere around the observatory in Ďáblice located on a hill called Na vyhlídce in Ďáblický háj. The observatory is small but enchanting with antiquity of its furnishing such as it’s the First Republic telescopes.
In Jerusalem street, an inconspicuous street from Jindrisska tower in Prague, is hiding a gem among Prague's buildings - the Jerusalem or als the Jubilee Synagogue. Witnesses may know it as the Great Synagogue.
