If you are interested in history, would you try to visit a private complex, the work of enthusiastic persons in Prague-West district. This group of people built, within 2001-2002, Červený Újezd Castle. The name got according to the locality where it is situated. In Castle area, a museum, where the originals of instruments and equipment of workshops of traditional handicrafts are placed, including Knight´s Hall and pub, where old Bohemian meals and drinks are served. The castle is open all year round. It is surrounded with beautiful garden and skansen - survey of characteristic buildings from past.

The castle is not a historical building yet it enjoys high number of visitors. Couple of kilometers west from Prague a structure that looks like a castle was built in 2002. You can see there couple of architecture styles. The garden and its structures is nice thing there. The true historical sight there is the 17th century Hajek Monastery.
