Hradec Králové

The town of Hradec Králové is situated on confluence of Elbe and Orlice rivers. It is a status town in Eastern Bohemia in Hradec Králové Region. The town is cultural and tourist centre of region with more than 95000 inhabitants.

Hvězda chalet (Star chalet)

Hvězda Chalet (Star Chalet) is situated on range of Broumov Walls, in an altitude of 674 m above sea level. As far as the excursions to Hvězda is concerned, we can read it in Jirásek Memories, also a painter Adolf Kašpar worked here. You can reach the chalet, walking a road from village of Hlavňov or on foot via rocks and Kovářova Rokle (Smith´s Ravine). This walk is 1,5 kms long.
