Region of Banská Bystrica - Slovakia
Banska Bystrica Region is located in south part of Central Slovakia, and with its extent of 9445 square kilometres is greatest area of the Republic. On south, it borders with Hungary, on west with Nitra and Trenčín regions, on north with Žilina and Prešov regions, and, finally, on east with Košice region.

Banska Bystrica region, Banská Bystrica district
This ski centre is situated in Banska Bystrica Region, 10 kms distant from the town of Banska Bystrica, in pleasant milieu of Selcianska Valley, Low Tatra Mountains. Local slopes are carefully arranged, even experienced skiers as well as the beginners can enjoy their skiing. Nevertheless, in the environs, there are also non-arranged ski-running lines.
As far as the transport is concerned, regular traffic by means of Pretorim train from Banska Bystrica is secured.
This ski centre offers in winter saison the following services:

- three ski slopes of standard and hard stage of difficulty
- two ski-running routes, 10 kms and 20 kms long
