River description:
The river sources near to community of Jevany in an altitude of 415 m. It flows through an open countryside between fields and meadows and mouths into Vavřinecký brook (Výrovka) from its left side. Šembera is quite narrow (2-4 m) plain brook, partially embanked or overgrown.
This brook is navigable at moderately higher water stand, all year round, but the situation improves when the ponds are let out. The navigation is slow, owing to overgrown river bed and a necessity of removing of fallen trees.
