River description:
The river sources in eastern part of Low Tatra Mountains and flows through Ipoltica Valley. From its confluence with Dikula brook, it flows in north-west direction and mouths into Čierny Váh (Black Váh) from left part. River basin makes 87 km², flow length makes 17 kms, anyway only 6,5 kms are navigable.
It is a small river with narrow river-bed. However, it is not suitable for non-experienced watermenand open vessels (boats). The slope is - on several places - slowed down with low stages, other obsacles in navigation are presented with fallen trees in river bed. Water register index in the community of Čierny Váh must show - for safe way - 50 cm at least.
