Come with us to the westernmost village in Slovakia - Záhorská Ves, where you will find many sights surrounded by the Horní Les National Nature Reserve. The Hungarian Museum, the Church of St. Michael and the Flood Memorial are definitely worth seeing. If you choose a walk in the surroundings, you will also discover bunkers, an experience can be a cruise to the cross-border Austrian village of Angern / March.

In the western part of the Slovak Republic, more precisely in the district of Senica, there is the village of Prievaly, which is 34 kilometers away from Malacek and 68 kilometers from the capital. The village became famous for finding treasures in the form of gold and silver coins when demolishing local buildings. You can see part of the so-called Treasure of the Prival Inn in the collections of the Slovak National Museum.

Today's tip for a trip will be Lakšárská Nová Ves, a village located in the southwestern part of Slovakia, in the middle of the Záhorská lowland, in the Morava river basin. It is 17 km away from the district town of Senica and consists of two cadastral areas, namely Lakšárská Nová Ves and Mikulášov. It borders Šaštín-Stráže, Borský Mikuláš or the Záhorie military district.
