Even we have heard a lot about its beauties, we never managed to find few days or hours, at least, to stop and explore. At last, we changed it and a part of a late summer vacation we spent in Slovenia.

Tomorrow starts great and unique (in Slovakia) 7th year of Horalfest, which takes place in the High Tatras. The festival is devoted to amateur production on mountains and the event will take place in Teniscenter in Tatranská Lomnica during two following days (November 23rd and 24th 2012). The event is under the patronage of High Tatras mayor Ing. Ján Mokoš.

If you belong to lovers of nature, for who is no problem to carry the essentials on back - water, something to eat, and in case of worsening weather also some spare clothes, or at least a raincoat and hiking outing from ridge mountain hotel Portáš to the highest mountain peak of Javorníky - to the Velký Javorník, I can highly recommend.
