Salmon with herb crust and fennel salad
Salmon - 800 g (4 steaks)
Light bread - 60 g
Parsley leaf 15 g
5 g chives
Dijon mustard 5 g
Olive oil 70 g
Honey 30 g
Orange 120 grams
700 g fennel
Dill - 2 sprigs
Grate the hard bread, chop herbs. The crusts finely grated lemon zest, salt and pepper and add the softened butter and mix everything well. Season with salt and salmon on the surface give herb crust. We'll bake at 180 degrees 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the fennel salad dressing. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey and olive oil. Add the grated orange zest, garlic, and powdered sugar. Cut fennel salad and add dressing done, add the chopped dill and mix well. Prepared food decor by dill and baste by dressing from the salad.
