This time, I leave Famagusta for Salamina which is about 10 kilometers away. Salamina is what remained of an ancient city. I can see the ancient columns and buildings right upon going through the main gate. The sea borders the ruins on the left. I pass by beautiful fountain decorated with statues up to the agora. On the opposite site, there is a pool and next to it a luxurious spa decorated with mosaics and frescoes.
