Austria, Bad Blumau – Make Your Trip to Slovenia Interesting

Croatia offers beautiful swimming, but if you want something more, Slovenia is a great choice. About three years ago, I visited Slovenia for the first time and immediately fell in love with it. The more I get to know this country, the more I like it and I long to return here. And quite possibly you will have it anyway.
Spring is the perfect time to start planning your vacation. The first choice was to relax, enjoy the sun and just the way back and forth some culture. You can plan your stay in different ways. Our first stop is the Austrian spa Bad Blumau.
Does the name Friedensreich Hundertwasser mean anything to you? In his own name Friedrich Stowasser? He was a versatile Austrian artist, poet, graphic artist and, above all, an architect. His work is quite extensive, his buildings have their typical features. Above all, he was a supporter of the idea that a straight line is ungodly and does not occur anywhere in nature. Therefore, do not look for a straight line in its buildings either. During his life he tried to live in symbiosis with nature and he inserted this belief into his works.
The most famous works for which he became famous include the Hundertwasserhaus in Vienna, KunstHausWien also in Vienna, the Church of St. Barbara in Styria, or the already mentioned Rogner Bad Blumau spa.
Admission is relatively high, but definitely worth it. If you want to save a little, I recommend two things. Visit the spa complex in the afternoon, ie after 5 pm, when the entrance fee is reduced, and plan an overnight stay somewhere nearby, most likely offering you another discount.
So what can you look forward to? The pools supply thermal water to two springs. Melchior's spring contains a large amount of minerals, springs from a depth of 970 m and its temperature is around 47°C. The second spring is Vulkania, which is significantly warmer, up to about 110°C. For water, we need up to an incredible depth of 2,843 m, but its quality is huge and the healing effects are maximum. It originally comes from the prehistoric sea, whose existence dates back a million years. The whole area is quite large, you will find many swimming pools, including whirlpools and whirlpools, a sauna world, a Roman and Turkish steam bath, a salt cave, beautiful lounges and much more.
The relaxation complex is connected by corridors, the individual indoor pools have connecting channels to the outdoor areas, everything is beautifully fragrant. You can undergo a number of treatments here, or just enjoy the well-being in a beautiful environment. Staying here has beneficial effects on your body and, among other things, will help in the treatment of various skin ailments, blood circulation, migraines and much more. The icing on the cake is swimming in the Vulkania pool in the evening. The lighting of the entire space will be complemented by burning wood in pre-prepared containers, and on weekends the lighting effects of the "Vulkania" volcano. Don't hesitate and come here to enjoy it!
