The banks are open for public since 9,00 h till 19,00 h.
Working hours in offices are since 9,00 h till 17,00 h.
Big shopping centres in city centre of capital Tallinn are open till 20,00 h or longer. Exchange offices in big cities are open since 10,00 h till 21,00 h, some offices are open also during weekends and holidays.
In Tallinn, the banks buy and sell Czech crowns, so, you can change here your money directly. Payment cards are diffused a lot, you can pay, by means of a card, even small amounts, and practically everywhere.
Estonia is relatively safe country. Nevertheless, you need to keep all basic safety measures (lock and security of the car, your belongings must not be placed in a car on visible places!, your money as well as all documents are to be safely kept, the movement in nights would be limitated, etc.). In great cities, beware of pickpockets!
