Nature Park Klánovice - Čihadla

With its character, the park forms as a disproportionate area. On east, there is to be found a complex of Klánovice Forest, Rokytka brook with ponds (Počernice and Kyje Ponds), and now, connected with Xaverov Forest, on north, there are situated Svépravice Ponds.
You can find in park many valuable swamp localities. As the unique Prague park, it is partially situated in Labe (Elbe) river bed. Its surface makes 2223 ha, and it was declared as preserved area in 1991. There are to be found here several protected areas, such as natutre reservation Cyrilov, Klánovice Forest, V Pískovně (Sand Quarry), Počernice Pond and Xaverov Forest.
You can find here several marked paths and cycloroutes. Blue marked tourist trail joins Klánovice Forest and Xaverov Forest, connencted with yellow marked tourist path, leading to Dolní Počernice. In west section of a park, the signs are missing, and you can find here localities, such as V Pískovně, Martiňák Pond and St. Bartolomew Church.
