Křivoklát Castle was built in the first half of 13th century. However, the building burnt down completely, and had to be constructed again. Later, the castle was used as state jail. The castle has two towers, one of them is cylindrical, whereas the second one is prismatic.
Among them, a palace with a chapel are to be found In the castle, you find collections of archaeological findings and other interesting subjects from near environs. In 16th century, farming courtyard was built here, and other small houses were established around later. So, small community of Čamrdaves was founded.
The path leads you through leafy woods. During time period, when the leaves of trees are missing, you have the chance of nice view around. Anyway, flowering beech-woods are to be found here.
