Southeast of Zlin, these is the town of Valasske Klobouky surrounded by the Bile Karpaty and Vizovicke Hills. Povyseni Svateho Krize church is a major landmark here. The town also boasts with beautiful nature. We recommend to take a walk down the Karlovec nature trail. The trail takes you to an observation tower made of wood. Locals call it the observation tower on Finis. Up on this 18-meter structure, you can see the town as well as the Vizovicke Hill, the BIle Karpaty Protected Landscape Area, the region of Valassko or the Javorníky.
In our photogallery, we bring you this scenic trail and amazing vistas along it..

When you hear Zlín, everybody could remember emotive story of Baťa Parentage. His trace is to be felt till now from all parts of the town. It is to be rebound from the walls of factories, in streets´ names or in a name of local University.
Someone still talks about Mikulov. It looks even magnificent on pictures. Still, it took me long before I actually went there.
Not only Mikulov but its chateau, the greatest sight here, is closely related to wine tradition in Palava region. Mikulov Chateau is located on a quite high rock known as the Chateau Hill. It looms over the city. From there you can see all its nooks and beyond.
Who likes Moravia and its southern part have to love Mikulov. It is an old town smelling after wine, hot Palavian air. Altogether it is wrapped in kindness of local inhabitants.
We visited Pavlov in summer heat. What is interesting about his place located in southern Moravia? Winegrowers from Pavlov, a small village, were among the first who joined their forces to make wine of Palava famous all-around.
Palava is not only a place where wine of specific taste and aroma grows. It is also a place of many archeological excavation sites. Today we will take you to Vestonice.
If you belong to lovers of nature, for who is no problem to carry the essentials on back - water, something to eat, and in case of worsening weather also some spare clothes, or at least a raincoat and hiking outing from ridge mountain hotel Portáš to the highest mountain peak of Javorníky - to the Velký Javorník, I can highly recommend.
Today we travel to medieval times to Buchlov Castle set on the hill of the same name. This monumental royal castle is close to the town of Buchlovice, Uherske Hradiste district. The town is known also for the baroque chateau of Buchlovice with its vast park.
