In the north-western part of the Danube Plain, approximately 10 kilometres from Trnava, lies the picturesque village of Dolná Krupá, famous for its classical castle, the musical personality Ludwig van Beethoven and, last but not least, the pink countess and founder of the rosarium Marie Henriette Chotkova. Today, however, we invite you to take a stroll through the local English park or the charming Medolandie complex with its rosarium, rose nursery and fun and games bee trail.

After walking through the village of Radošovce, when we returned home, we stopped in Jaslovské Bohunice, which is known to us thanks to the nearby presence of a nuclear power plant. Specifically, we visited the municipal part of Paderovce. It is interesting that three decades ago this part was an independent municipality, so it is no wonder that it still offers several beautiful sights to see.

After last week's visit to Bohdanoviec nad Trnavou, we will cross the bridge to the neighboring village of Šelpice. They are only 6 km northwest of the regional city of Trnava. They became famous mainly due to embroidery, viticulture and theater activities of local amateurs.
