REGION OF VYSOČINA
The region of Vysočina is situated along the border of Bohemia and Moravia. It is neighbouring with the Region of Pardubice, South Moravian Region, South Bohemian Region and Central Bohemian Region. It is one of three inland regions.

Chaloupky Educational Path

Třebíč district
This path starts and terminates in a community of Chaloupky. Main target is specialized for ecology and botanics. You can find here many important sorts of plants and animals. Information table presents you the details with places of interest around and on the route. Inside the trees, there are nesting a lot of birds. However, the moufflons (big number of these animals are living here) damage the trees, so the trees have to be protected with fencing. Along this educational path, you pass Radonínsky brook and a pond, near to the community of Nová Brtnice. On banks of the brook, there are growing alder grove and reeds. Local mineral bottoms belong to oldest one in Czech Republic. On a route, there are six stops, including three possibilities for walking shortening.
