River description:
The rivers sources in Small Carpathian Hills in lowland Dobrá Voda (Good Water) not far distant from Dobrá Voda Castle. It flows mostly to southeast and ends by mouth into Dudváh-river. The river takes the water from the area of 266 square kilometres space. Passable section makes 29 kms. Blava flows with moderate stream through open countryside among very overgrown banks. However, often obstackles could be fallen trees in river bed. This fact makes this river unpassable. In last, nearly 10 kms long section, both banks are regulated.
