This ski centre is situated in geographical centre of Europe. It is to be found not far from the town of Kremnica, community of Krahule, Region of Banská Bystrica, Kremnica Hills, in an altitude of 930 -1060 metres above sea level. Ski slopes are orientated to the south, and are ideal for beginners, as well as for experienced skiers.

Ski Area Krahule is offering in winter the following services:

- four well arranged ski slopes, prepared two times a day. During evening skiing,

  four-seat rope railway is available.

- one four seat rope railway, three ski lifts and one rope for children, which is free of charge

- covering with technical snow for two main descent routes is available, if necessary

- ski service

- ski and snowboard facilities rent

- ski and snowboard learning school

- accommodation in lodging house

- refreshment in kiosk in low part of the slope. Restaurant is to be found close to descent route  

  in two chalets

- parking free of charge

During summer season, the resort is looked for tourists and mushroom picklers. In the surroundings, you can find many signed tourist trails, suitable for relax as well as for experienced tourists.
