Ribs of lamb
Ribs of lamb 800 g
Vegetable oil - 1dcl
Thyme - large sprig
Garlic - 3 cloves
¼ cube of butter
Freshly ground pepper
Smoked Mashed Potatoes:
Potatoes (suitable for puree) 800 g
Milk 250 ml
Cream 100 ml
Beans 300 g
Butter 70 g
Broth (vegetable, chicken or lamb) 100ml
We start with mashed potatoes, prepared by the traditional way - boiled potatoes whip with butter and milk. Add the smoked salt. Lamb ribs fry in sunflower oil from all sides, add salt and pepper. Add the butter, thyme and garlic and glaz. Glazed lamb lay on a tray and let dry in oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter and add the peeled fava beans, fry, add salt, pepper and broth. The hot oil we cherry tomatoes and let the oil until crack. Finally salt tomatoes and pepper, you can also use the sugar, than serve.
