Very light and healthy meals to prepare we will get ready in Fluidum restaurant, located just a short walk from the famous Plecnik's Church at Peace Square in Prague 3, Lucembruská street 6.

Restaurant Fluidum responds to the requirements of modern gourmets. It chooses them for their raw materials (meat, fish, cheese) from the Czech honest farmers who work in harmony with nature. Also, wines that you can taste in restaurant Fluidum, has high-quality match.

The secret of its recipe told us chef of Fluidum restaurant Tadeáš Šumbera.

Ribs of lamb

Ribs of lamb 800 g

Vegetable oil - 1dcl

Thyme - large sprig

Garlic - 3 cloves

¼ cube of butter

Freshly ground pepper


Smoked Mashed Potatoes:

Potatoes (suitable for puree) 800 g

Milk 250 ml

Cream 100 ml

Smoked salt

Cherry tomatoes

Fava beans:

Beans 300 g

Butter 70 g

Broth (vegetable, chicken or lamb) 100ml

Pepper, salt



We start with mashed potatoes, prepared by the traditional way - boiled potatoes whip with butter and milk. Add the smoked salt. Lamb ribs fry in sunflower oil from all sides, add salt and pepper.  Add the butter, thyme and garlic and glaz. Glazed lamb lay on a tray and let dry in oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter and add the peeled fava beans, fry, add salt, pepper and broth. The hot oil we cherry tomatoes and let the oil until crack. Finally salt tomatoes and pepper, you can also use the sugar, than serve.
