River description:

The brook sources in Roháče Valley , and flows in northwest direction. At the community of Podbiel, it mouths into Orava river.

Its river basin takes the surface of 127 km², navigable length makes 10 kms. Studený potok (Cold Brook) has quick, stony flow with remarkable slope, and this is getting lower consequently. Attention: you find on river unpassable cascade. It is necessary to carry over the boat on right bank.
